PURPOSE OF THE MEETING:

• To consider and vote on the recommendation presented by the Board of Directors that the Grand River Raceway be incorporated as a not for profit, separate from GRAS.

As per By-Law No. 1, 11 (c) ii) “Only those persons who are voting members for the current year and who were eligible to vote at the time of the last annual general meeting are eligible to vote at any general meeting except where property is involved. Honoroary life members are entitled to a vote.”
